34-13.610. Prohibition Against Soliciting Honoraria

Effective on Thursday, April 16, 1992

1When the subject of the speech or writing relates to the reporting individual’s or procurement employee’s public office or duties, the reporting individual or procurement employee is prohibited from soliciting an honorarium.
