40A-3.980. Enforcement and Penalties

Effective on Tuesday, August 1, 1989

1(1) Enforcement of these rules shall be as provided by Chapter 373, F.S. and Chapter 62-531, F.A.C., adopted herein by reference.

22(2) Penalties for violation of these rules shall be as provided by Chapter 373, F.S. and Chapter 62-531, F.A.C., adopted herein by reference.
