40A-21.511. Classification System

Effective on Sunday, March 29, 1992

1Unless the emergency provisions of this plan are invoked, water users are regulated by class under the provisions of this water shortage plan. This section establishes the Classification System which provides the basis for distinguishing among different user classes. Under the system, each water user is classified according to source, use, and method of extraction or diversion.
