40B-3.041. Permits Required

Unless expressly exempted by law or District rule, a permit must be obtained from the District prior to the construction, repair, or abandonment of any well within the District. Applications for permits required by this rule shall be considered under the general permit procedures of Chapter 28-107, F.A.C., and, if in a delineated area established by the Department as defined in subsection 62-524.200(2), F.A.C., and as incorporated in Rule 62-524.430, F.A.C., the applicant must also meet the requirements of Chapter 62-524, F.A.C.
