40B-4.1170. Inspections and Enforcement

Effective on Monday, October 14, 2013

1(1) Inspections will be in accordance with Section 9373.423, F.S., 11and Section 6.4 of the Applicants’ Handbook Volume II.

20(2) Enforcement will be in accordance with Chapter 373, F.S., 30and Section 6.6 of the Applicants’ Handbook Volume II.
