40C-1.1005. Time for Consideration of Emergency Petition for Variances

1When a petition for an emergency variance or waiver under section 12120.542(3), F.S., 14and rule 1628-104.004, 17F.A.C., requires action by the Governing Board, the Board shall grant or deny a petition for emergency variance or waiver within 30 days of its receipt or at the next regularly scheduled meeting for which notice may be properly given.
