40C-1.713. Minimum Qualifications for Firms Providing Design-Build Services

Effective on Tuesday, September 25, 1990

1Firms seeking to provide design-build services shall be

9(1) Certified under Section 13489.119, F.S., 15to engage in contracting through a certified or registered general contractor or a certified or registered building contractor as the qualifying agent; and

38(2) Certified under Section 42471.023, F.S., 44to practice or to offer to practice engineering; or certified under Section 56481.219, F.S., 58to practice or to offer to practice architecture; or certified under Section 70481.319, F.S., 72to practice or to offer to practice landscape architecture.
