40D-3. Regulation Of Wells |
1(1) Unless expressly exempted by statute or District rule, a permit must be obtained from the District prior to construction, repair, modification or abandonment of any water well, including:
30(a) Water wells not in areas delineated pursuant to Chapter 62-524, F.A.C.
42(b) Potable water wells in areas delineated pursuant to Chapter 62-524, F.A.C.
54(c) Non-potable water wells in areas delineated pursuant to Chapter 62-524, F.A.C.
66(d) Dewatering wells for construction, mining or quarrying purposes that will be in existence for 6 months or longer.
85(e) Public supply water wells.
90(f) Monitor wells 93not authorized pursuant to a general permit under Rule 40D-3.060, F.A.C104.
105(g) Injection wells 108identified as Class V, Group 1, pursuant to paragraph 11762-528.600(2)(a), 118F.A.C., effective 11-20-2002, incorporated herein by reference 125http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-02252127.
128(h) Abandoned wells.
131(i) Incomplete wells.
134(2) The permit shall be available at the well site during construction, repair, modification or abandonment.
