40D-9.190. Dogs, Cats, or Other Animals

1Dogs and 3equine animals 5are allowed on District Lands only in designated areas. Dogs must be leashed or caged at all times unless they are authorized as part of an approved hunting program or authorized by a Special Use Authorization. Other types of domesticated animals, such as cats, are prohibited on District Lands. 54Dog waste must be removed by owner.
