49B-1.076. Maintenance of Records

Effective on Monday, June 15, 1992

1Final orders that comprise final agency action and that must be indexed or listed pursuant to this chapter shall be permanently maintained by Tampa Bay Water pursuant to the retention schedule approved by the Department of State, Division of Library and Information Services.
