49B. Tampa Bay Water - A Regional Water Supply Authority |

49B-1. Organization |
1(1) Tampa Bay Water shall make final orders accessible and available to the public by sequentially numbering the indexing final orders that are required to be indexed. Tampa Bay Water shall make the final orders and the subject matter index available to the public.
45(2) The agency clerk of Tampa Bay Water shall assist the public in obtaining information pertaining to final orders.
64(3) The system or process used by Tampa Bay Water to search and locate final orders required to be indexed is as follows: Final orders will be kept on file in sequential order as well as maintained in a database.
104(4) Tampa Bay Water maintains and stores such final orders and index in the offices of Tampa Bay Water at 2575 Enterprise Road, Clearwater, FL 33763-1102. The office is open to the public between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays and weekends.
