53ER13. Emergency Rule For Year 2013 |
1(1) Beginning 3Monday, September 9, 62013, through 8Sunday, 9September 29, 112013, the F14lorida Lottery will conduct the 19Jackpot Combo 21Retailer 22Promotion23.
24(2) 25During the promotion period, for every $325 33Jackpot Combo 35sale in their stores, 39Florida Lottery retailers 42will 43receive an entry 46into one of eighteen drawings 51for a chance to win $575,58000. Drawings will be held on 64October 3, 662013.
67(3) 68One corporate retailer drawing and one independent retailer drawing will be held for each of the nine Florida Lottery sales districts to rand91omly select winning retailers. 95One corporate and one independent retailer winner will be selected in the Tallahassee, Pensacola, Jacksonville, Gainesville, Ft. Myers and West Palm Beach sales districts; 119t120wo corporate and two independent retailer winners will be selected in the Orlando and Tampa sales districts; and two corporate and four independent retailer winners will be selected in the 150Miami 151sales district. 153Each winning retailer will be awarded $1605,161016200. 163Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the following table.

292(5) Retailers will receive their 297Jackpot Combo 299Retailer 300Promotion prize check within three weeks of the 308drawing.
309(6) Retailers whose Florida Lottery contracts are terminated or inactivated prior to the promotional prize award shall be paid the promotional prize provided the termination or inactivation was not due to non-compliance with 342Chapter 24, F.S., Chapter 53, F.A.C348. 349or 350contract terms.
352(7) A promotional p356rize will be considered compensation to the retailer for Internal Revenue Service purposes. The Florida Lottery reserves the right to apply the promotional prize awarded against a retailer’s outstanding debt to the Florida Lottery.
