53ER15. Emergency Rule For Year 2015 |
1(1) Beginning April 27, 2015, through May 17, 2015, the Florida Lottery will conduct, as a retailer sales incentive, the EZmatch22™ 23Retailer Bonus Sales Commission program in which the Florida Lottery will double the retailer sales commissions for EZmatch sales on FANTASY 545® 46and LUCKY MONEY49™50.
51(2) The Florida Lottery will pay retailers a 5% bonus sales commission on EZmatch for each FANTASY 5 with EZmatch sale and each LUCKY MONEY with EZmatch sale in addition to the standard commission set forth in Rule 53ER13-46, F91.92A93.94C95., 96for a total of $.15 for each $2.00 FANTASY 5 with EZmatch sale and $.15 for each $2.00 LUCKY MONEY with EZmatch sale.
119(3) 120The bonus sales 123commission will be reflected on the retailer’s weekly Settlement Report at the conclusion of the incentive.
139(4) Retailers whose Florida Lottery contracts are terminated or inactivated prior to payment of the bonus 155sales 156commissions shall be paid the commissions earned provided said termination or inactivation was not due to noncompliance with Chapter 24, F177.178S179., 180Title 18153, F183.184A185.186C187., 188or t190erms of the retailer contract.
195(5) Bonus sales commissions will be considered compensation to retailer205s 206for Internal Revenue Service purposes. The Florida Lottery reserves the right to apply 219a 220bonus 221sales 222commission 223earned against a retailer’s outstanding debt to the Florida Lottery.
