43(2) Florida Lottery retailers who act49ivate at least one book of each 56of the 58four 59WEEK FOR LIFE 62Scratch-Off 63games 64(also known as instant games) 69by midnight 71(72ET73), 74on 75Tuesday, 76July 774, 78201797, 80will be entered into one of eighteen drawings 88to be 90held 91on 92Wednesday, July 19, 201796. The 98four WEEK FOR LIFE 102games are:
104(a) 105$5,000 A WEEK FOR LIFE Game Number 1353;
114(b) 115$2,500 A WEEK FOR LIFE Game Number 1352;

145(3) Drawings and Prizes. The eighteen retailer drawings, determined by district and retailer category (corporate or independent), will be conducted by the Florida Lottery using a 171certified 172random 173number 174generation process. 307An individual retailer location may only win one prize per drawing. Alternate entries will be drawn in each drawing. The number of alternate entries drawn will be twice the number of prizes to be awarded in that drawing. Alternate entries will be used as needed in the order in which they are drawn to award a prize in the event a retailer’s entry is disqualified. 372Retailers will be subject to disqualification if the Florida Lottery determines that the 385return 386of one or more of the qualifying books of tickets invalidates the entry 399or 400if 401the retailer is not in 406good financial standing with the Florida Lottery or 414is 415not in 417an 418“419active420” retailer status at the time of prize payment.
429(4304431) 432Winning r434etailers will receive their 438Promotion prize check within 442approximately 443thirty days 445of the 447drawing.
448(5) 449If a retailer is unable to timely activate the required book(s) due to untimely delivery of inventory, the Florida Lottery, in its sole discretion, may allow a retailer to be entered into the applicable retailer drawing provided486.
487(a) 488T489he retailer 491submits 492a written request for inclusion in the drawing 500for receipt by 503the Florida Lottery 506by 5:00 p.m. 509(510ET511), 512on 513July 15152, 5162017; 517and,
518(b) 519T520he retailer’s request 523demonstrates 524to the Florida Lottery’s satisfaction that failure of the retailer to timely activate the required book(s) was due to untimely delivery of inventory, through no fault of the retailer.
553The Florida Lottery’s determination regarding the retailer’s request 561shall be 563final.
564(5656566) A promotional prize will be considered compensation to the retailer for Int579ernal Revenue Service purposes.
583(7) Retailers whose Florida Lottery contracts are terminated or inactivated prior to the prize award shall be paid the prize provided the termination or inactivation was not due to non-compliance with Florida Lottery laws, rules or terms of the retailer contract.
