53ER17. Emergency Rule For Year 2017 |
1(1) Name of Game. Game Number 1363, 8“9BANKROLL BINGO11.”
12(2) Game Number 1363, BANKROLL BINGO is a Scratch-Off lottery game (also known as an instant lottery game).
30(3) Price. BANKROLL BINGO lottery tickets sell for $3.00 per ticket.
41(4) BANKROLL BINGO lottery tickets shall have a series of numbers in Machine Readable Code (or bar code) on the back of the ticket, along with a validation number under the latex area on the ticket. To be a valid winning BANKROLL BINGO lottery ticket, the ticket must meet the applicable requirements of Rule 53ER17-54, F97.98A99.100C.

129(a) There are six player’s cards numbered 1 through 6 and one Caller142’143s Card on each BANKROLL BINGO ticket. A “FREE” space will appear in the center of each player’s card. A “FREE” space can substitute as a number in a pattern of which it is a part.
179(b) A ticket whose numbers on one of the player’s cards match the Caller's Card numbers in one of the following patterns shall entitle the claimant to the prize shown for that pattern on that card:
2151. Horizontal line of five numbers (or four numbers and one 226“227FREE228” space).
2302. Vertical line of five numbers (or four 238numbers and one “FREE” space).
2433. Diagonal line of four numbers and one 251“252FREE253” space.
2554. Four corners (consisting of four numbers, one in each corner266).
2675. 268“269X270” 271(two crossing diagonal lines consisting of eight 278numbers and one “FREE” space).
283(c) 284A “
286” symbol on a ticket is a “FREE” spot. 295If the symbol completes a winning line pattern that is described in 307paragraph 308(8)(b), 309above, the claimant shall be entitled to triple the line prize for that card.323(9) Prizes that appear in the player’s cards area are: $3, $6, $10, $25, $40, $60, $90, $100, $200, $300, $500, $1,000, $3,000, $10,000, $25,000 and $50,000. Prize amounts for a particular pattern are different on each player’s card.
367(10) Players may win on one or more player’s cards per ticket; however, players may not win more than one prize on each player’s card.
392(11) The estimated odds of winning, value, and number of prizes in Instant Game Number 1363 are as follows:

934(12) The estimated overall odds of winning some prize in Game Number 1363 are 1 in 3.99. Prizes, including the top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of ticket purchase. Prizes may be unavailable due to prior sale or other causes occurring in the normal course of business including, but not limited to, ticket damage, defect, theft, or loss.
995(13) For reorders of Game Number 1363, the estimated odds of winning, value, and number of prizes shall be proportionate to the number of tickets reordered.
1021(14) Payment of prizes for BANKROLL BINGO lottery tickets shall be made in accordance with the rule of the Florida Lottery governing procedures for awarding prizes. A copy of the current rule can be obtained from the Florida Lottery, Office of the General Counsel, 250 Marriott Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-4011.
