53ER17. Emergency Rule For Year 2017 |
1(1) Name of Game. Game Number 7017, “PAC-MAN9®10.”
11(2) Game Number 7017, PAC-MAN16® 17is a Scratch-Off lottery game (also known as an instant lottery game).
29(3) Price. PAC-MAN32® 33lottery tickets sell for $5.00 per ticket.
40(4) PAC-MAN42® 43lottery tickets shall have a series of numbers in machine readable code (or bar code) on the back of the ticket, along with a validation number under the latex area on the ticket. To be a valid winning PAC-MAN82® 83lottery ticket, the ticket must meet the applicable requirements of Rule 53ER17-54, F96.97A98.99C.
100(5) The “YOUR NUMBERS” play symbols and play symbol captions are as follows:

173(a) A ticket having a play symbol and corresponding play symbol caption in the “YOUR NUMBERS” play area that matches a play symbol and corresponding play symbol caption in the “WINNING NUMBERS” play area shall entitle the claimant to the corresponding prize shown for that symbol. 219A ticket having a “
224” 225symbol in the “YOUR NUMBERS” play area shall entitle the claimant to a prize of $100241.00242. A ticket having a “
248” 249symbol in the “YOUR NUMBERS” play area shall entitle the claimant to five times the corresponding prize shown for that symbol. A ticket having a “
275” 276symbol in the “YOUR NUMBERS” play area shall entitle the claimant to all twelve prizes shown in the “YOUR NUMBERS” play area.298(b) The prizes are: $5.00, $10.00, $15.00, $20.00, $30.00, $50.00, $100309.00, 310$500311.00, 312$1,000314.00, 315$5,000317.00, 318$10,000320.00 321and $250,000324.00325.
326(c) BONUS PLAY. 329A ticket having three like play symbols and corresponding 338play symbol captions in the “BONUS PLAY” play area shall entitle the claimant to the corresponding prize shown in the “BONUS PLAY” play area.
362(d) The BONUS PLAY prizes are: $5.00, $10.00, $15.00, $20.00, $30.00, $50.00 and $100376.00.
377(12) The estimated odds of winning, value, and number of prizes in Game Number 7017 are as follows:

814(13) The estimated overall odds of winning some prize in Game Number 7017 are 1 in 3.97. Prizes, including the top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of ticket purchase. Prizes may be unavailable due to prior sale or other causes occurring in the normal course of business including, but not limited to, ticket 870damage, defect, theft, or loss.
875(14) For reorders of Game Number 7017, the estimated odds of winning, value, and number of prizes shall be proportionate to the number of tickets reordered.
901(15) Payment of prizes for PAC-MAN907® 908lottery tickets shall be made in accordance with the rule of the Florida Lottery governing payment of prizes. A copy of the current rule can be obtained from the Florida Lottery, Office of the General Counsel, 250 Marriott Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-4011.
