220(22112220223) Determination of Prizewinners. 227There are three ways to play BONUS TRIPLE MATCH.
236(a) NUMBER MATCH: A ticket having a play symbol and corresponding play symbol caption in the YOUR NUMBERS play area that matches 258a 259play symbol and corresponding play symbol caption in the WINNING NUMBERS play area shall entitle the claimant to the corresponding prize shown for that symbol.
284(b) NUMBER MATCH BONUS. 288A ticket having a play symbol and corresponding play symbol in the BONUS number play area that matches a play symbol and corresponding play symbol caption in the WINNING NUMBERS play area shall entitle the prizewinner to the corresponding prize shown in the BONUS number play area.
335(c) MATCH 3: 338A ticket having three like prize symbols and prize symbol captions (prize amounts) in the YOUR NUMBERS play area shall entitle the claimant to that prize amount.
365(366d367) A player may win up to 374thirteen 375times on a ticket.
379(13801381) $1,000,000 Top Prize Payment Options.
389(a) A winner of a $1,000,000 top prize may choose one of two payment options for receiving his or her prize. Payment options are Cash Option or Annual Payment. 420At the time the $1,000,000 top prize is claimed, the terminal will produce a player claim instructions ticket. The winner has sixty (60) days after the date the player claim instructions ticket is produced to file a claim choosing the Cash Option. Once the winner files a claim and exercises the winner’s chosen option, the election of that option shall be final. 484The Annual Payment method of payment will also be final when it is applied due to a top prize winner not making his or her payment election within sixty 513(60) days after the player claim instructions ticket is produced.
523(b) Cash Option prizes will be paid in a single cash payment. A winner of a $1,000,000 top prize who elects the Cash Option shall receive a single cash payment of $855775585,000, less applicable federal income tax withholding.
566(c) Annual Payment prizes will be paid in twenty-five (25) equal annual installments. A winner of a $1,000,000 top prize who elects the Annual Payment option, 594or who has 597had the Annual Payment option applied as described in paragraph (11)(a) above, 609shall receive annual installments of $40,000 per year, less applicable federal tax withholding.
