53ER23. Emergency Rule for Year 2023 |
1(1) Beginning March 20, 2023 and ending March 24, 2023 (“Promotion Period”), the Florida Lottery will conduct the FANTASY 521® 22BOGO! Promotion.
24(2) The Prize. The prize to be awarded is a “Buy One FANTASY 538® 39(with or without EZmatch43TM44) and get One $1 FANTASY 5 Quick Pick for Free” coupon.
56(3) How to be Issued a Coupon and to Claim a Coupon.
68(a) Purchase a CASH POP73TM 74or PICK Daily Games78TM 79(Pick 281TM, 82Pick 384TM, 85Pick 487TM, 88or Pick 591TM92) (with or without Fireball) ticket in accordance with the table set forth, below, in paragraph (3)(b).
109(b) A respective CASH POP or PICK Daily Games (Pick 2, Pick 3, Pick 4, or Pick 5) (with or without Fireball) ticket must be purchased between 6 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. (ET), and subject to Lottery retailer and office operating hours, on the dates, indicated in the table below, to be awarded a coupon for “Buy One FANTASY 5 (with or without EZmatch) and get One $1 FANTASY 5 Quick Pick for Free.” When presenting the coupon for redemption, the FANTASY 5 ticket purchased in conjunction with the coupon may be of any value.

275(c) Subject to Lottery retailer and office operating hours, coupons must be redeemed by 12:45 p.m. (ET) on the same date/day the coupon was issued.
300(d) Coupons cannot be redeemed by mailing. Coupons mailed to the Florida Lottery will not be redeemed and will not be returned to a player. Any coupons not generated and awarded during the Promotion Period will not be otherwise generated and awarded, and any coupons not redeemed by the redemption deadline/s are not otherwise redeemable.
355(4) Taxes. All Federal, state, and/or local taxes and/or other costs and fees on all prizes will be the responsibility of the prizewinner.
378(5) Other Restrictions and Provisions.
383(a) A prizewinner must be at least 18 years of age.
394(b) All prizes are subject to the provisions of 403C404hapter 24, F.S., and rules promulgated thereunder. Prizes will be paid in accordance with the Florida Lottery’s rule governing payment of prizes. Copies of the current prize payment rule can be obtained from the Florida Lottery, Office of the General Counsel, 250 Marriott Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-4011.
451(c) Persons prohibited by 455S456ection 45724.116, F.S., 459from purchasing a Florida Lottery ticket are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
473(d) By entering the 477FANTASY 5479® 480BOGO! Promotion, 482a player gives his or her permission for the Florida Lottery to photograph and/or videotape and record the prizewinner with or without prior notification and to use the name, photograph, videotape, and/or recording of the prizewinner for advertising or publicity purposes without additional notice or compensation.
