53ER23-19. FANTASY 5® Retailer Incentive Bonus (Replaced by 53ER23-51)

Effective on Monday, March 20, 2023

1(1) The Lottery is adding a Midday draw to its FANTASY 5 draw schedule. To incentivize retail sales of FANTASY 5 tickets, the Lottery will pay retailers a bonus as set forth herein.

34(2) For the period of March 20 through April 30, 2023, inclusive, (“Bonus Period”), the Florida Lottery will award its retailers a double commission for any FANTASY 562® 63(with or without EZmatch67TM68) ticket sold. Double commissions to retailers will continue during the Bonus Period until either the total sum of bonus payments has reached approximately $1,000,000.00 or until 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on April 30, 2023, whichever occurs first. Due to accounting procedures, the actual grand total of the retailer bonus payouts may be plus/minus $1,000,000.00.
