1(1) Infested areas. The following states in which oak wilt disease is known to be established, shall be known as infested areas.
23(a) Arkansas.
25(b) Illinois.
27(c) Indiana.
29(d) Iowa.
31(e) Kansas.
33(f) Kentucky.
35(g) Maryland.
37(h) Michigan.
39(i) Minnesota.
41(j) Missouri.
43(k) Nebraska.
45(l) New York.
48(m) North Carolina.
51(n) Ohio.
53(o) Oklahoma.
55(p) Pennsylvania.
57(q) South Carolina.
60(r) Tennessee.
62(s) Texas.
64(t) Virginia.
66(u) West Virginia.
69(v) Wisconsin.
71(w) Any other state, territory or country where oak wilt disease as defined herein is determined to be established.
90(2) Regulated areas. Any area in which it is deemed necessary to regulate because of proximity to an infestation of the oak wilt disease defined herein, or its inseparability for quarantine enforcement purposes from an infested area, or where there is an absence of interstate regulations regarding oak wilt disease.
