60D-3.002. Definitions

Effective on Monday, December 24, 1990

1(1) “Department”: The Department of Management Services.

8(2) “Division”: The Division of Building Construction of the Department of Management Services.

21(3) “Agency”: Any Department of the State of Florida, other than the Department of Management Services, for which the Division is empowered by statute to administer the construction of facilities.

51(4) “Pool facility”: A facility which is part of the Florida Facilities Pool.
