60D-3.003. Project Eligibility

Effective on Monday, December 24, 1990

1Projects in the following areas, other than pool facility projects, shall be eligible for delegation by the Department of Management Services to other State Agencies based on their capability for project administration.

33(1) Procurement of equipment and services or specialist consultant services.

43(2) Repair, replacements, or alterations.

48(3) New construction.
