61G4-12.016. Exemption; Practice of Engineering

Effective on Tuesday, April 3, 1984

1A contractor licensed under Chapter 489, Part I, F.S., is exempted from licensure as an engineer pursuant to the terms of Section 23471.003(2)(i), F.S., 25only when he installs the system he designs. Violation of this rule will be considered a violation of Section 44489.129(1)(m), F.S.
