61G7-5.006. Delinquent License Fees

Effective on Wednesday, February 12, 2020

1A delinquent license shall be returned to active status by the payment of the biennial license renewal fee plus a delinquent fee of $25.00, and the licensee shall be continuously licensed during the period of delinquency. Nothing herein precludes disciplinary action against licenses delinquent more than 30 days.
