1An application to the arbitrator for an order shall be made by written motion, unless made during a hearing. The motion shall state in detail the grounds for the relief requested and shall set forth the relief or order sought. The arbitrator shall conduct such proceedings and render such orders as are deemed necessary to dispose of issues raised by motion. Other parties may, within 7 business days of service of a written motion, file a written response in opposition to the motion.
