61B-80.1165. Non-Final Orders


Effective on Monday, September 22, 2014
  • 1(1) The presiding arbitrator before whom a case is pending may issue any orders necessary to effectuate discovery, to prevent delay, and to promote the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of all aspects of the case.

    37(2) When a case is placed in abeyance or abated by a non-final order, no filing fee is necessary to reopen the case or otherwise proceed with the matter.
