62-303.300. Methodology to Develop the Planning List

1This part establishes a methodology for developing a Planning List of waters to be assessed pursuant to Sections 19403.067(2) 20and (3), F.S. Unless information presented to the Department demonstrates otherwise, data older than 10 years are not representative of current conditions and shall not be used except to evaluate historical trends. Any determinations by the Department to use data older than 10 years shall be documented, and the documentation shall include the basis for the decision.
