62-304. Total Maximum Daily Loads |
1(1) Wacissa River. The nutrient TMDL for the Wacissa River is an in-stream monthly arithmetic mean concentration of 0.20 mg/L nitrate-nitrite, and is allocated as follows:
27(a) The WLA for wastewater point sources is not applicable;
37(b) The WLA for discharges subject to the Department’s NPDES MS4 Permitting Program is a 39% reduction of nitrate-nitrite based on average concentrations from the 2005-2015 period; and
65(c) The LA for nonpoint sources is a 39% reduction of nitrate-nitrite based on average loads from the 2005-2015 period.
85(2) Wacissa Springs. The nutrient TMDL for Wacissa Springs is a monthly arithmetic mean of 0.24 mg/L nitrate-nitrite at the spring vent, and is allocated as follows:
112(a) The WLA for wastewater point sources is not applicable;
122(b) The WLA for discharges subject to the Department’s NPDES MS4 Permitting Program is a 38% reduction of nitrate-nitrite based on average concentrations from the 2005-2015 period; and
150(c) The LA for nonpoint sources is a 38% reduction of nitrate-nitrite based on average loads from the 2005-2015 period.
