62-610. Reuse Of Reclaimed Water And Land Application |
1(1) 2Except as provided in subsection 762-610.451(2), 8F.A.C., n10o treatment facility with a design average daily flow of less than 0.1 mgd shall have the produced reclaimed water made available for reuse 34activities covered by Part III (Rules 4062-610.450 41through 4262-610.491, 43F.A.C.) of this chapter.
47(2) A minimum system size is not required if reclaimed water will be used only for toilet flushing or fire protection.
68(3) The permitted capacity of the overall domestic wastewater treatment facility shall be used in determining compliance with the minimum system size requirements, even if only a small percentage of the wastewater treated is used for beneficial purposes.
