62-611. Wetlands Application |
1(1) Requirements in this rule shall apply only to domestic wastewater facilities.
13(2) The use of wetlands as treatment wetlands shall not be permitted where the:
27(a) Wetlands are within Outstanding Florida Waters as listed in Rule 3862-302.700, 39F.A.C.;
40(b) Wetlands are within Class I or Class II waters (Rule 5162-302.400, 52F.A.C.);
53(c) Wetlands are within areas designated as areas of critical state concern as of October 1, 1985;
70(d) Wetland is a herbaceous wetland, unless the herbaceous groundcover of the entire wetland is composed of greater than 50% Typha spp. (cattail). This prohibition shall not apply in hydrologically altered wetlands.
102(3) The use of wetlands as receiving wetlands shall not be permitted where the:
116(a) Wetlands are within Class I or II waters;
125(b) Wetland is a herbaceous wetland, unless the herbaceous groundcover of the entire wetland is composed of greater than 50% Typha spp. (cattail). This prohibition shall not apply in hydrologically altered wetlands.
