NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 29, 2020, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for variance from City of Edgewater. The petition requested a variance from paragraph 62-611.110(3)(b), F.A.C., which requires that the use of wetlands as receiving wetlands shall not be permitted where the wetlands are designated herbaceous wetlands. The facility is located at 500 W Ocean Avenue, Edgewater, in Volusia County, at 28?59' 6.97" N latitude/80?54' 45.85" W longitude.
