62-672.550. Contingency Plans

Effective on Monday, June 28, 1999

1The owner of a dam shall prepare contingency plans to be followed in the event of a dam failure. Each plan shall include mapping showing areas subject to downstream flooding and a notification of local and state officials. The contingency plans shall be maintained on file for review by the department upon request.
