62-815.012. Title, Acquisition Procedures, Lease Agreements and Transfer of Title

Effective on Monday, February 9, 1998

1Rule Chapter 362-817, 4F.A.C., shall govern in all matters of title, acquisition procedures, lease agreements and transfer of title for lands acquired with Preservation 2000 funds received under the Preservation 2000 Program.
