62C-29. Conservation Of Oil And Gas: Injection Wells, Well Workovers, And Abandonments |
Effective on Sunday, March 24, 1996
1(1) Notification. Each operator shall notify the Department’s agent prior to commencing a workover operation or, during an emergency, as soon thereafter as possible.
25(2) Blowout Preventer Requirements. All workover operations for Type I wells shall provide blowout preventer systems and tests which shall meet or exceed the requirements in Chapter 62C-27, F.A.C.
54(3) Reporting Requirements. The operator shall submit to the Department within 30 days of completion of any workover operation a revised Well Record (Oil & Gas Form 8).
