1The following maximum fines shall be imposed for violations of Chapter 64E-8, F.A.C. Each day that a violation occurs shall be considered a separate violation:
26(1) Failure to obtain a Limited Use Public Water System construction permit (a violation of subsection 4264E-8.002(1), 43F.A.C.), $50045.0046.
47(2) Failure to obtain a Multi-family Water System construction permit (a violation of Rule 6164E-8.003, 62F.A.C.), $25064.0065.
66(3) Failure to obtain a Limited Use Public Water System operating permit (a violation of Rule 8264E-8.004, 83F.A.C.), $50085.0086.
87(4) Failure to obtain a Limited Use Commercial Public Water System Registration (a violation of subsection 10364E-8.004(5), 104F.A.C.), $250106.00107.
108(5) Failure to maintain required chlorine residual levels (a violation of paragraph 12064E-8.005(1)(d), 121F.A.C.), $100123.00124.
125(6) Failure to comply with water quality monitoring requirements (a violation of subsection 13864E-8.006(2), 139F.A.C.), $250141.00142.
143(7) Failure to take corrective actions when an MCL or HAL is exceeded (a violation of Rule 16064E-8.007, 161F.A.C.), $500163.00164.
165(8) Failure to provide public notification when an MCL or HAL is exceeded (a violation of Rule 18264E-8.007, 183F.A.C.), $500185.00186.
