64B2-12.013. Continuing Education Provider Application Fee

Effective on Thursday, October 15, 1992

1In addition to meeting the requirements set forth for approval of continuing education programs, providers or sponsors shall remit two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) to be submitted with the information required in Rule 3564B2-13.004, 36F.A.C., for program approval.
