64B23-6.005. Mediation

Effective on Thursday, July 15, 1999

1The Department has determined that the following violations are defined as mediation offenses:

14(1) Failure of the licensee to pay any assessed administrative fines or costs on time; assuming payment of the fine has been made, and

38(2) Failure of the licensee to respond to a continuing education audit on time, assuming a response has been made.
