64B9-6.002. Biennial Renewal of Inactive Status

Effective on Thursday, February 5, 1987

1(1) An inactive license must be renewed biennially during the biennium renewal period for active licenses prescribed by the Department. Sixty (60) days prior to the end of the biennium, the Department shall mail a notice of renewal of inactive status to each inactive licensee.

46(2) In order to renew an inactive license, the licensee shall remit a fee for renewal of inactive status in the amount specified in Rule 7164B9-7.001, 72F.A.C.
