1The licensee can use an ECS that is contained within a logging tool or other tool components only if the ECS contains 100 microcuries (3.7 MBq) or less of licensed material.
32(1) For well logging applications with a surface casing for protecting fresh water aquifers, use of the ECS is subject only to the requirements specified in Rules 5964E-5.1104, 6064E-5.1105, 61and 6264E-5.1106, 63F.A.C., above.
65(2) For well logging applications without a surface casing for protecting fresh water aquifers, use of the ECS is subject only to the requirements specified in Rules 9264E-5.1101, 9364E-5.1104, 9464E-5.1105, 9564E-5.1106, 9664E-5.1119(5), 97and 9864E-5.343 99through 10064E-5.349, 101F.A.C.
