67-48.017. Eligible HOME Activities

Effective on Wednesday, June 28, 2023

1HOME funds may be used for acquisition (must include new construction and/or Rehabilitation), new construction, reconstruction, or moderate or substantial rehabilitation of non-luxury housing with suitable amenities or for tenant based rental assistance pursuant to 3624 CFR Part 92.
