68E-27.023. Inspection of Boats Engaged in Transporting Seafood in Primary or Secondary Production

Effective on Tuesday, September 30, 1975

1The Commission or its agents shall have the authority, without warrant, to board, inspect and search any boat or vehicle engaged in transporting any primary or secondary seafood, as often as may be deemed necessary for enforcement of the provisions of this subsection and for protection of the public health.
