1The purpose of these rules is to implement Section 10627.6699, F.S., 12pertaining to requirements of small employer group insurance, to promote the public interest, to promote the availability of small employer group insurance policies, to protect applicants for small employer group insurance from unfair or deceptive sales or enrollment practices, to establish standards for small employer group insurance, to facilitate public understanding and comparison of small employer group insurance policies.
