69A-41.016. Furnishings and Decorations

Effective on Wednesday, July 11, 2001

1(1) All residential child care facilities in which security is required shall use only mattresses having a fire retardant cotton core with a retardant outer cover.

27(2) Polyurethane mattresses are prohibited in all residential child care facilities.
