69A-41.017. Portable Fire Extinguishers

Effective on Wednesday, July 11, 2001

1Residential child care facilities shall have at least one general purpose Class A, B, and C portable fire extinguisher for each floor. All required extinguishers shall have a minimum rating of 2A-10B:C and shall be placed so that the nearest extinguisher is not more than 75 feet from any other point in the facility.
