1The following stated penalty shall apply for violations under section 11626.844, F.S., 13regarding discretionary suspension or revocation of license(s) and appointment(s):
22(1) Section 24626.844(1), F.S. 26– revocation.
28(2) Section 30626.844(2), F.S. 32– suspension for 3 months.
37(3) Section 39626.844(3), F.S. 41– suspension for 3 months.
46(4) Section 48626.844(4), F.S. 50– suspension for 9 months.

64(6) Section 66626.844(6), F.S. 68– see Rule 7169B-231.150, 72F.A.C.
