69B-231. Penalty Guidelines For Insurance Representatives |
1The following stated penalties shall apply for violations under section 11626.8437, F.S., 13where suspension or revocation of license(s) and appointment(s) is required:
23(1) Section 25626.8437(1), F.S. 27– revocation.
29(2) Section 31626.8437(2), F.S. 33–
34(a) Suspension for 12 months if, had the license application been accurate, the application would have been granted, subject to Department action, based on the statutes and Department licensing rules applicable to the application at the time the Department issued the license, and the documentation in the applicant’s file at the time the Department issued the license;
91(b) Revocation if, had the license application been accurate, the application would have been denied, based on the statutes and Department licensing rules applicable to the application at the time the Department issued the license.
126(3) Section 128626.8437(3), F.S. 130– suspension for 9 months.
135(4) Section 137626.8437(4), F.S. 139– suspension for 6 months.
144(5) Section 146626.8437(5), F.S. 148– suspension for 6 months.
153(6) Section 155626.8437(6), F.S. 157– suspension for 12 months.
162(7) Section 164626.8437(7), F.S. 166– suspension for 12 months.
171(8) Section 173626.8437(8), F.S. 175– suspension for 9 months.
180(9) Section 182626.8437(9), F.S. 184– suspension for 6 months.
