69B-231. Penalty Guidelines For Insurance Representatives |
1The following stated penalties shall apply for violations under sections 11626.621(6), 12626.844(5), 13or 14626.9541, F.S., 16for engaging in unfair methods of competition or in unfair or deceptive acts or practices, as defined in any of the following paragraphs of section 41626.9541(1), F.S.43:
44(1) Section 46626.9541(1)(a), F.S. 48– suspension for 12 months.
53(2) Section 55626.9541(1)(b), F.S. 57– suspension for 6 months.
62(3) Section 64626.9541(1)(c), F.S. 66– suspension for 3 months.
71(4) Section 73626.9541(1)(d), F.S. 75– suspension for 3 months.
80(5) Section 82626.9541(1)(e), F.S. 84– suspension for 6 months; except that the penalty for a violation of section 98626.9541(1)(e)1., F.S., 100shall be a suspension for 12 months.
107(6) Section 109626.9541(1)(f), F.S. 111– suspension for 3 months.
116(7) Section 118626.9541(1)(g), F.S. 120– suspension for 6 months.
125(8) Section 127626.9541(1)(h), F.S. 129– suspension for 6 months.
134(9) Section 136626.9541(1)(i), F.S. 138– suspension for 6 months.
143(10) Section 145626.9541(1)(j), F.S. 147– suspension for 3 months.
152(11) Section 154626.9541(1)(k), F.S. 156– suspension for 9 months.
161(12) Section 163626.9541(1)(l), F.S. 165– suspension for 12 months.
170(13) Section 172626.9541(1)(m), F.S. 174– suspension for 3 months.
179(14) Section 181626.9541(1)(n), F.S. 183– suspension for 6 months.
188(15) Section 190626.9541(1)(o), F.S. 192– suspension for 6 months.
197(16) Section 199626.9541(1)(p), F.S. 201– suspension for 3 months.
206(17) Section 208626.9541(1)(q), F.S. 210– suspension for 3 months.
215(18) Section 217626.9541(1)(r), F.S. 219– suspension for 3 months.
224(19) Section 226626.9541(1)(s), F.S. 228– suspension for 3 months.
233(20) Section 235626.9541(1)(t), F.S. 237– suspension for 3 months.
242(21) Section 244626.9541(1)(u), F.S. 246– suspension for 9 months.
251(22) Section 253626.9541(1)(v), F.S. 255– suspension for 3 months.
260(23) Section 262626.9541(1)(w), F.S. 264– suspension for 6 months.
269(24) Section 271626.9541(1)(x), F.S. 273– suspension for 6 months.
278(25) Section 280626.9541(1)(y), F.S. 282– suspension for 6 months.
287(26) Section 289626.9541(1)(z), F.S. 291– suspension for 6 months.
296(27) Section 298626.9541(1)(aa), F.S. 300– suspension for 9 months.
305(28) Section 307626.9541(1)(bb), F.S. 309– suspension for 3 months.
314(29) 315Section 316626.9541(1)(cc), F.S. 318– suspension for 6 months.
323(30) 324Section 325626.9541(1)(ee), F.S. 327– suspension for 12 months.
