69B-232. Penalty Guidelines For Salespersons, Sales Representatives, And Others |
1The following stated penalties shall apply for violations under Section 11642.041, F.S., 13regarding compulsory suspension or revocation of license(s) and appointment(s):
22(1) Section 24642.041(1), F.S. 26–
27(a) Suspension for 12 months if, had the license application been accurate, the application would have been approved, subject to Department action, based on the statutes and the Department’s licensing rules applicable to the application at the time the Department issued the license, and the documentation in the applicant’s file at the time the Department issued the license;
85(b) Revocation if, had the license application been accurate, the application would have been denied, based on the statutes and Department licensing rules applicable to the application at the time the Department issued the license.
120(2) Section 122642.041(2), F.S. 124– suspension for 6 months.
129(3) Section 131642.041(3), F.S. 133– suspension for 9 months.
138(4) Section 140642.041(4), F.S. 142– suspension for 9 months.
147(5) Section 149642.041(5), F.S. 151– suspension for 6 months.
156(6) Section 158642.041(6), F.S. 160– suspension for 6 months.
165(7) Section 167642.041(7), F.S. 169– suspension for 12 months.
174(8) Section 176642.041(8), F.S. 178– suspension for 12 months.
183(9) Section 185642.041(9), F.S. 187– suspension for 6 months.
192(10) Section 194642.041(10), F.S. 196– suspension for 6 months.
