69B-232.120. Penalties for Violations of Section 642.043, F.S.

Effective on Sunday, November 10, 2019

1The following stated penalties shall apply for violations under Section 11642.043, F.S., 13regarding discretionary suspension or revocation of license(s) and appointment(s):

22(1) Section 24642.043(1), F.S. 26– revocation.

28(2) Section 30642.043(2), F.S. 32– suspension for 3 months.

37(3) Section 39642.043(3), F.S. 41– suspension for 3 months.

46(4) Section 48642.043(4), F.S. 50– suspension for 9 months.

64(6) Section 66642.043(6), F.S. 68– see Rule 69B-232.150, F.A.C.
