69B-232. Penalty Guidelines For Salespersons, Sales Representatives, And Others |
1The following stated penalties shall apply for violations of the following provisions of the Florida Insurance Code:
18(1) Section 20634.095(1), F.S. 22– suspension for 6 months.
27(2) Section 29634.095(2), F.S. 31– suspension for 6 months.
36(3) Section 38634.095(3)(a), F.S. 40– suspension for 6 months.
45(4) Section 47634.095(3)(b), F.S. 49– suspension for 6 months.
54(5) Section 56634.095(3)(c), F.S. 58– suspension for 12 months.
63(6) Section 65634.095(3)(d), F.S. 67– suspension for 12 months.
72(7) Section 74634.095(4), F.S. 76– suspension for 6 months.
81(8) Section 83634.095(5), F.S. 85– suspension for 6 months.
90(9) Section 92634.095(6), F.S. 94– suspension for 6 months.
99(10) Section 101634.1815, F.S. 103– suspension for 3 months.
